Different tools load your muscles in different ways. Mixing them keeps training varied and balanced.
Buoyant dumbbells
Great all-rounders for upper-body pushing and pulling. The resistance comes from buoyancy, so they suit most levels.
Resistance bands & paddles
Bands add scalable tension for circuits and mobility. Paddles increase surface area to build pull strength and refine technique. Add them as you progress.
