Is the Training Buoyancy Belt a life jacket?
No. Our training buoyancy belt and all Fitaqua buoyancy items are fitness training aids only. They are not personal flotation devices (PFDs), life jackets, or lifesaving devices, are not Coast Guard approved, and must never be relied upon to prevent drowning or to keep anyone safe in the water.
Are these products medical or therapy devices?
No. Fitaqua products are fitness and sporting accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, rehabilitate or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise program.
Do your products contain latex?
All current Fitaqua products are latex-free. Each product page lists its materials so you can check for sensitivities to silicone, neoprene or rubber.
Can children use Fitaqua gear?
Our gear is designed for adults. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during any water activity, and children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool. These items are not toys or child safety devices.

Worldwide, from Florida, USA. See our Shipping page for timelines and costs.
Is shipping free?
Yes on orders of $80 USD and over. Smaller orders pay a flat rate calculated at checkout.
What currency are prices in?
All prices and charges are in US Dollars (USD).
Will I be charged customs or duties?
International orders may incur import duties and taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & payments

What's your return policy?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Personal swim items can't be returned once opened for hygiene reasons. See Returns.
How will payments appear on my statement?
Card payments appear as FITAQUA. We accept major cards via Stripe and PayPal.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never store your full card details on our servers.
