Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to purchases from FITNESS & AQUATIC CENTER LLC at fitaqua.shop. For a plain-language summary, see our Returns page.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Non-returnable items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Swim caps, earplugs and nose clips
  • Goggles
  • Any item worn directly against the body

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

How to request a return

  1. Email support@fitaqua.shop with your order number and the items concerned.
  2. We'll provide return instructions and a return address (a return authorization).
  3. Send the items back, unused, in their original packaging.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't process refunds for returns we don't receive.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome and, where approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. For a different size or product, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll cancel and refund it in full. If it has already shipped, follow the return process above.
